The incident

Two customers in one week were told their orders were on the way. One order had been cancelled nine days earlier. The other was held at customs.

Both were ORDER_STATUS requests. The contract requires lookup_order before answering. Neither run called it.

You have seen this symptom before, so here is what is different: the tool is registered, it is healthy, and it was offered to the model on both turns. It answers correctly 1,204 times a month for other flows.

Nothing errored. The answers read like answers.
