The incident

A cost alert fired: an enrichment job for one company had been running for forty seconds and was still going. It never returned a result.

The job is a small agent that fills a few fields on a company record by calling a lookup tool. Every step it took succeeded - the logs are ordinary INFO lines, nothing errored, every tool call returned 200. And yet the job had to be killed by the platform after twelve turns.

That is the whole of what is known. Nobody has looked at what the agent was doing on each turn yet.
