The incident

The compliance report was rerun against complete evidence after the telemetry fix. Two turns really did skip the required lookup.

Six others show no lookup and no incident. Capstead raised nothing for any of them.

An engineer wants to know why the detector stayed quiet on those six. After five incidents in which a missing lookup meant something was wrong, an absence where a verdict should be is the last thing anyone is inclined to trust.

C-6640 is one of the six. Nothing about the run has been read yet.
